The Building Operations Award was achieved at the CIBSE 2014 Building Performance Awards on Tuesday 11th February by a collaboration including Broadgate Estates for Exchange House, Broadgate. Over four years to March 2013 Broadgate Estates has reduced landlord energy by 31% and all occupiers have made 23% reductions in their own direct energy consumption, saving £1.1 million cumulatively.
