10 Fleet Place, with its finely detailed black granite elevations and grand curved frontage, is a sophisticated structure with great presence, designed by American architects Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, as part of the Ludgate Development constructed in the early 90s.
Broadgate Estates provide full property management services as well as delivering on floor services for many of the buildings occupiers. We also review and incorporate the latest innovations affecting energy saving such as LED lighting, methods of waste disposal and cost effective running of the A/C and gas systems to ensure the building operates to the optimum level.
The building is occupied by communications, IT and consultancy companies including CNBC and DowJones.
The impressive landscaping surrounding 10 Fleet Place is recognised by the Worshipful Company of Gardeners, receiving numerous awards through the Flowers in the City Campaign, where Broadgate Estates most recently won the Cutler’s Trophy in winter 2011/2012 and the Masters Trophy in summer 2011.
