Jointly with British Land, we’ve been shortlisted at the 2015 BIFM Awards in the Impact on Sustainability Category for our Energy Reductions and Community Charter in London. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony due to take place on the 12th October.

NLA's 10th anniversary exhibition 'Public London: Ten Years of Transforming Spaces' was launch on 22.04.2015 in the new galleries at The Building Centre. Broadgate Estates are the programme sponsor in support of the importance of well managed public realm in London and promoting enlivenment and placemaking. The exhibition examines the incredible transformation of London's public spaces over the last decade, shown until 11.07.2015.

Every summer the award-winning business estate More London organises a free outdoor festival which takes place at its sunken riverside amphitheatre, The Scoop. Now in its twelfth year, the More London Free Festival runs from 4 June – 26 September 2014 and features a jam-packed programme of free music, dance, award-winning theatre and films. Regent's Place has been selected as a winner of this year's Green Apple Awards for Environmental Best Practice. The award recognises the work carried out in partnership with Cavendish Engineering to replace the boiler system at 1, 4 & 7 Triton Square, in order to make the system more efficient and reduce energy usage. The awards ceremony is being held on Monday 10 November 2014, where we find out if we are awarded Bronze, Silver or Gold.
Broadgate hosted the Street Velodrome Super Final in Exchange Square on Thursday 7 August at 6.30pm, as part of Summer of Sport season. Street Velodrome is a unique cycle sport event held in the UK, creating a completely new competition for both guest celebrity riders, professional riders and amateur riders. The event was open to the public from 11am until 5pm, with cyclists being given the chance to ride the track after reserving a spot on the day. The Building Operations Award was achieved at the CIBSE 2014 Building Performance Awards on Tuesday 11th February
by a collaboration including Broadgate Estates for Exchange House, Broadgate. Over four years to March 2013 Broadgate Estates has reduced landlord energy by 31% and all occupiers have made 23% reductions in their own direct energy consumption, saving £1.1 million cumulatively.
