London Bridge City comprises four unique sites and extensive public realm along the Thames between London Bridge and Tower Bridge.

Broadgate Estates manages More London, a 13.5 acre mixed-use destination, the office buildings No. 1 London Bridge and Cottons Centre, as well as Hay’s Galleria, a Grade II-listed mixed-use destination, along with the retail units and entire public realm. 

We deliver the comprehensive year-round community engagement and entertainment programme. The Scoop a 1,000 seat open-air amphitheatre is the focus for the annual London Bridge City Summer Festival and offers a programme of theatre, music, sports, film and art throughout the summer. The Estate also hosts a Christmas market for five weeks of the festive season. Across the rest of the year, we engage with the local community and offer concessions to up-and-coming arts organisations and charities to add to the enlivenment.

 

London Bridge City incorporates More London, a modern 13-acre business destination and three multi-let office buildings Hays Galleria, Cottons Centre, No. 1 London Bridge and extensive public realm along the Thames between London Bridge and Tower Bridge.

We also manage all retail amenities along with the office buildings including 2 More London Riverside, 6 More London Place, Hays Galleria, Cottons Centre and No. 1 London Bridge.

 

Designed by Foster and Partners, More London comprises City Hall, a diverse mix of grade A office space, shops, restaurants, bars, a Hilton hotel, a theatre and a unique open-air music and entertainment amphitheatre. We have managed this site since completion in 2002, being retained during a change in ownership.
