Seven shopping centres, retail parks and colleagues managed by Broadgate Estates have been shortlisted in the Revo ACE Awards 2018. These include: Drake Circus Shopping Centre, Plymouth and St Stephen's Shopping Centre, Hull for Primary Centre; Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh and Glasgow Fort for Retail and Leisure Place; Julia Conway at Giltbrook Retail Park, Carmen Railton at St Stephen’s Shopping Centre, Hull and Mel Watt at Teesside Park, Stockton-on-Tees for the ACE Star. The awards recognise and celebrate the very best customer service delivery within the retail property and placemaking community.

We are proud to have retained a One Star rating in Best Companies 2017, scoring slightly higher than last year with a BCI score of 673.5.

110 Fetter Lane and Broadgate Plaza were awarded a Clean Air Garden Certificate of Excellence in City in Bloom 2017. Certificates were awarded to planting schemes that help reduce air pollution, raise awareness of air quality and green our grey streets.

Two shopping centres that Broadgate Estates manages won awards for best in class customer experience at the Revo ACE Awards 2017. Drake Circus Shopping Centre won the Top ACE Award as well as the Primary Centre Award, and Whiteley won the Community Award.

Six developments that Broadgate Estates manages in the City of London won awards at the Clean City Awards Scheme 2016, including:
- Platinum Awards for The Leadenhall Building, 70 Mark Lane and Broadgate Campus with special commendation;
- Gold Awards for Paternoster Square, 110 Fetter Lane and 55 Mark Lane with special commendation; and
- Area Winner, West Wards Clean Streets Partnership Award for 110 Fetter Lane.
The award wins are testament to our commitment across the managed portfolio to deliver best practice in waste management.

Three properties that we manage in the City of London have won City in Bloom 2016 Awards. Ropemaker Place won a Silver-gilt Award in the Roof Gardens and Terraces category, 201 Bishopsgate won a Gold Award in the Green Roof category and Broadgate Plaza won a Gold Award in the Large Courtyard or Garden category.

Broadgate Estates were awarded the Team Climb Award at the Mayor of London's, Business Energy Challenge Awards 2015. The awards ceremony, held at City Hall on 16 November 2015, hosted by the Deputy Mayor of London, recognises businesses efforts to cut energy use from their London locations. This award acknowledges our work in assisting British Land in delivering their ambitious energy targets over the last four years.
