The breadth and depth of the website itself is impressive; it offers a broad range of property management webtools from Helpdesk to Visitor Management and Community content covering a 'pay as you go' concierge, shops and services, special deals and local events. A dedicated in-house team manages Vicinitee.
Since launching Vicinitee.com |in March 2001 the service has proved an invaluable tool across our portfolio. Vicinitee is now exclusively available in over 70 prestigious developments and is being used by over 500 blue chip occupiers to access a wide range of property and local community-related information.
