Historically, many organisations have managed their premises using in-house resources. By using Broadgate Estates' management team and existing infrastructure, better value for money is obtained and business support services are kept within budget.

Benefits can be drawn from our ability to provide economies of scale through the power of bulk purchase and by utilising existing contractors. Where a contractor cannot be continually present, we produce specifications to cover all eventualities or emergencies and strictly manage each service contract. When such arrangements are in place, our clients have, in Broadgate Estates' building manager, a single point of contact at all times easing the burden on their own staffing resources.
