Surveyors ventured across London on Santander bikes, travelling 24 miles from the most eastern building we manage in Canary Wharf to the most western in White City, visiting 24 of our managed properties along the way.

The finance team organised a cycle relay from the Hub at Paddington Central to the Sheffield office. Colleagues covered over 200 miles on an exercise bike in the main office reception.

A five-a-side footfall tournament took place on Saturday 14 October in Shoreditch with teams paying £250 to enter and £5 for each player. Six teams entered with Birchall taking first place competing against teams from Advanced Cleaning Services, JPC, Bywaters and Ultimate Security as well as Broadgate Estates.

The Broadgate management team held a bake and cake sale, sales and pop up shops in receptions and a campus-wide raffle for occupiers, services partners and colleagues.

The Here East management team hosted a games night and auction with some impressive items, including tickets to Royal Ascot, a Fortnum and Mason hamper and a Ford Mustang for a week. The team won the prize for raising the highest amount across all the fundraising initiatives raising £3,000.
