Ropemaker Place is a 20-storey building, designed by Arup Associates to be highly sustainable with a bespoke tilting system for the façade letting in natural light and biodiverse roof terraces. With two trading floors at the lower level and various floor plates above of up to 42,539 sq ft, the building is occupied by international finance and investment companies including Liberum, Macquarie Group, IHS Markit Group, MUFG Securities EMEA plc, The Bank of Tokyo- Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd along with three retail units.

We deliver a sustainable waste management service including detailed waste management reporting per floor and produce a monthly sustainability report detailing the weight of general waste, mixed recycling and food recycling collected and the overall recycling percentage by occupier. There are two waste compactors on-site and two food digester which turn food waste into grey water. We also provide energy consumption and performance monitoring through the electronic products and technology known as the EP&T system which allows those occupiers who have connectivity to view their own live consumption data.
